Hi Jereon,

unless someone else has a better idea I think the bison/flex combo is not
working anymore where vmd is concerned.

Try getting an older version of bison and using it. The vmd developers use
1.28 at least as of friday the did...

Alternatively Eamon or I could give you the three source files in question
and bypass this whole mess for awhile.

What do you think Eamon?
