Yes, stereo = 10.

What I have noticed is that when I turn "force full gpu scaling" in Nvidia
x-server settings (under gpu/dfp) off the glitch goes away and the refresh
rate goes from 99 to 120. However with scaling off, the glasses do not work
(as if they are not receiving a signal), even though the emitter is bright
green.

xrandr output is a little confusing:
schall2_at_l30897-ou:~$ xrandr
Screen 0: minimum 320 x 175, current 1920 x 1080, maximum 1920 x 1080
default connected 1920x1080+0+0 0mm x 0mm
   1920x1080 50.0* 51.0 52.0 53.0 54.0

Does that mean that it thinks it is connected at 50hz?

Looking at Xorg.0.log doesn't appear to have any warnings (WW) or notices
(!!) related to the monitor, device, or screen settings.

Not sure what else to look at. I'll take a look at overriding the EDID
settings. See if disabling them helps. Again, the images jump with or with
out the glasses. Probably not a refresh rate issue between the glasses /
screen. I think I'll try over on the nvidia forums next.

Thanks, Dave
