Dear VMD users:
I want to know how to manipulate the volumetric info cotained in .dx files
into 2D isocontour plots. I know one can use the Volume slice option directl
on VMD bur I will like to know if there ara any other means to do so. I know
that it can be done with matlab, does any one knows how to do it?
Thx.
