hi,
  Now I am able to run DPPC Bilayer simulations in Namd by using charmm
force field.I have to put graphene as the support for the Bilayer and have
to run simulation. I can easily build graphene sheet in VMD . But I don't
know how to put it as support and how to generate
.psf , parameter files for combine system. shall anybody suggest me ?
