Hello,
I am attempting to plot spin densities from the output files generated by
GAMESS. I can't figure out how to do this. VMD 1.9, OS X 10.6. I can plot
orbitals, but I don't see any mention of spin densities in the manual. Could
someone point me in the right direction? Thank you!
