Dear John
Thanks for your response.

Yes, i know the xmgrace, gunplot can do this thing. However, you know those sofewares were mainly limited to the unix_like OS. (If the windows user want to use this plugin, they should install xmgrace, gunplot for windows.)

I hope the function, ploting multi graphs, in the plugin will not affect by the switching of the OS. Therefore, accomplishing this part by multiplot in vmd is a good choice.

I check the code of multiplot. It seems that, this feature, combining multi graphs into the same window, is not vary hard to achieve. (reset the origin and rescale the axies).

Therefore, could you give me some help for this ?

Thanks. Any help is appreciated.

Best wishes.
yours liupeng

Hi,
Multiplot wasn't designed to combine multiple graphs into the
same window, but you can export your graphs from multiplot to
tools like xmgrace (aka grace, xmgr), gnuplot, and others which
should be able to do this for you.
Cheers,
