Dear VMD users,
I would like to analyse the hydrogen bond network between protein and ligand
in my trajectory.
While the drawing HBond command works by mentioning proetin and the ligand
name.
Along the protein-ligand complex hydrogen bond network, it also shows
protein internal hydrogen bonds.
Is there any way to hide or mimic the internal hydrogen bond within the
protein by preserving only protein-ligand hydrtogen bond contact.
Kindly advice.
Many Thanks
Balaji
