Hi,
  I followed command
# exec csh
# source dowserinit
# dowser
to install my dowser. But when i wrote "dowser prot.pdb -probe 0.2 -separation 1.0" to the shell, i got * REFORMAT THE INPUT PDB FILE and EXTEND WITH POLAR HYDROGEN ATOMS
* execute: reformatPDB -pdbin processed-for-dowser.pdb -pdbout reform.pdb
*
~/reformatPDB: Command not found.
Could someone help me with that! thanks
