Hi,
  Yes, those files are part of the cgtools plugin and are installed
into the cgtools plugin directory when VMD is installed. You can
access them (in Tcl) via:
  $env(VMDDIR)/plugins/noarch/tcl/cgtools1.0/rbcg-2007.inp
  $env(VMDDIR)/plugins/noarch/tcl/cgtools1.0/rbcg-2007.par
