  Let me know how it works for you when you've had a chance to use it.

I have a tiny update to apply to the source code to address a small bug that
crops up with the latest version of CUDA, but it may not affect you if you're
using cionize for normal ion placement and not for time-averaged potential
maps of trajectories (a somewhat obscure additional feature of cionize...)
