Hi,
Actually the protein is like an arc and I want to know the residues on both the faces. Basically I want to select the residues in group (as in insightII) and to name the residues. Hope my question is clear right now. Is it possible?
Thanks in advance.

that depends solely on what you understand under
"side" of a protein. i wouldn´t know what you are lookin for.
