Hi all,
What are the formats available in VMD for reading volume data (density,
electrostatic potential, etc.)? And what are their specifications?
I know and use the Gaussian cube format, but I would be interested in
other formats that don't require a cubic (even if deformed) grid, if
possible. That is, I would like to provide data values for arbitrary
points in space, filling a volume of arbitrary shape... I guess it's
asking too much, but anyway, I'd like at least a list of available
formats.
Thanks
Ignacio
