I am a newbie to VMD and found that if I make a file.vmd on one computer
and try to open it using VMD on another computer using the same version
of VMD (both in windows) it does not work. I, presently, have to remake
the vmd file on the separate computers. If I save a pdb file there is no
problem. Just with saving file as a "file.vmd". I tried to find
information on this problem using your google and your user email
directory, but could not find anything.

Could someone inform me as to what the problem is?
