Hi,
Your note bounced from VMD-L because your subscribed address is
different from your sending address, just FYI.

You can change the default window size on MacOS X by altering the
VMD.app/Contents/Resources/vmd.sh startup script, changing the
"VMDSCRSIZE" variables there. At present there's a problem with
resizing the graphics Window in the MacOS X native version.

As for uninstalling the old version: the native MacOS X VMD
bundle is self-contained. If you drag it to the trash, it is
gone from your system. There is no other uninstall action to be
performed. If you have one of the older X-windows or pre-bundle
versions of the native MacOS X build, you'll just need to delete the
old version from /usr/local/bin/vmd and /usr/local/lib/vmd

Let us know if you need help with any of this.

Thanks,
  John Stone
