In collaboration with CECAM, the Center held a five-day workshop on cryo-EM guided modeling of macromolecular structures at the Jülich Supercomputing Centre in Germany. A total of 36 participants attended the workshop and received instruction in the application of NAMD, VMD, MDFF, DireX, DEN, and ROSETTA software to problems encountered in modern biomedical research.
