Dear all,
I am a beginner to NAMD and I would like to use the Berendsen thermostat
with two baths, one for the protein and one for the solvent to avoid the
“hot solvent, cold solute” problem (as described in
http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/ct8000365). Does anyone know how to do
that?
Thank you very much in advance!
Sandra
