Hi Saravana,
You can use VMD's "measure sasa" command to do this, using it's
restrict option. Type "measure" at the TkCon to see the options you
must specify. You should issue a command of the form "measure sasa
1.4 $entire_molecule -restrict $hydrophobic_part".
