Hi All,
I am a new NAMD user, I have done the NAMD tutorial without any problem. In addition, I have done Membrane Proteins
Tutorial as well. Now my question is I want to build a membrane in a periodic boundary conditions and carbon nanotube and simulate them! Can any one tell me please How can I start?! I have build membrane and then what is the next step? Do I have to build all tcl files for them?
