Hi i have a problem regarding the namds tutorial windows version. For the part 2.1.5(specific heat) I cant seem to get pass step 5/6. when i type in mol addfile ubq-nvt.dcd
"Unable to load file '/ubq-nvt.dcd' using file type 'dcd'."
"Unable to load file 'new/example-output/ubq_ws.psf' using file type 'psf'."
Anyway regarding the statement load the psf file and trajectory do i go to the VMD main and load the molecules ubq_ws.psf and ubq-nvt.dcd?
