Hi Seah,

The 'third' file copied (I'm assuming here that you mean in 1.3.7) is
actually multiple files. The command `cp ubq.psf ubq.pdb ubq_w*
../common' copies ubq.pdb ubq.psf ubq_ws.pdb ubq_ws.psf ubq_wb.pdb and
ubq_wb.psf. The star (*) acts as a wildcard capturing any characters that
come after it.

As for how you copy the files, it does not matter. I would urge you to
use the command-line, as it becomes extremely more useful than the window
interface one you get used to it.
