Hi Hoffmann

If you are using Unix, maybe you need to create an alias with vmdtext:
So in bash, you add to your .bashrc: alias vmdtext='vmd -dispdev text'

Subject: tutorial-l: [NAMD] Question about vmdtext

Der All,

I am new to NAMD program, and I am starting the tutorial (NAMD Tutorial June
2005).

I realized that when a type the command from a terminal window:

vmdtext -e ubq.pgn

I get the following error message: bash: vmdtext:
command not found

Consequently, I am not able to generate the psf and the pdb file of
ubiquitin with hydrogens.

Could anyone, please, help me to find what I am missing? Is there anything I
should set up (on my .bashrc file), for example?

Many thanks in advance!
Hoffmann
