Computational Biophysics Workshop at Atlanta

In collaboration with the group of Professor JC Gumbart at the Georgia Institute of Technology, the Center held a five-day workshop on Computational Biophysics in Atlanta, GA. The 25 participants received introductory training in molecular dynamics simulation, biomolecular visualization, free energy calculations, cell-scale simulations, and topics in the field of computational nano-bio. Center software featured at the workshop included NAMD, VMD, QwikMD, and Lattice Microbes.
