This plugin provides surfaces representing the interaction between two groups of atoms. Colors can be added to represent interaction forces between these groups of atoms.

The method works as follow:

• a 3D Delaunay Triangulation with atoms as vertices is constructed,
• the surface is extracted using a Marching Tetrahedra algorithm,
• geometry and colors of the surface are given by the nearest atoms.
