Trajectory playback with VMD

VMD can be used to playback trajectories resulting from molecular dynamics simulations. These trajectories can be analyzed over time with the help of core VMD functions and scripting language additions to VMD. In addition, these trajectories can be easily converted into MPEG movies, AVI movies, or animated GIFs with the use of a movie script.
