I am working at the EMD Lexigen Research Center in Billerica, Massachusetts. We are using NAMD on Linux workstations and on our small (but cost-effective) 16-processor Linux cluster, as part of our protein engineering effort aimed at the conception and design of novel therapeutic proteins for the treatment of cancer.
