In collaboration with the group of Professor Andrej Sali at the University of California San Francisco, the Center held a five-day workshop on Integrative Modeling and Simulations. The 25 participants were introduced to biomolecular visualization, simulation, and analysis with VMD, NAMD, and QwikMD, as well as structural modeling based on experimental data employing MDFF, ModelMaker, and the Integrative Modeling Platform.
