Lectures and Tutorials. At the end of each day of the workshop, participants completed a questionnaire, evaluating the lectures and tutorials presented.  The questionnaires were designed by Klaus Schulten and analyzed by David Brandon, TCB group, UIUC.  Summary comments from the report can be found here.

General Evaluation. After the workshop, a questionnaire (General Evaluation), was distributed addressing general issues of the workshop.  The questionnaire was designed and distributed by the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center, who also collated the results.
