Abstract

Lecture revolves around recent projects, including the effective use of observables from experiments with paramagnetic moieties both covalently bound, and present in a cosolute. Paramagnetic relaxation enhancement data provide distance information which can be used to characterize minor species, while solution PRE provides a useful metric of surface solvent accessibility. Additionally, I will discuss studies where the use of strict symmetry is essential to arrive at structural models.
