Abstract

Water involves the extended dynamical fluctuations associated with its hydrogen bond network rearrangement. We will discuss their roles in phase transitions and reactions; Roles in the formation of the initial nucleus of the water freezing process and in the melting process of ice. Roles in the proton transfer process in Reaction Center, the photo chemical process in Photo Active Yellow Protein and ion transport in Ion Channel will be also discussed.
