New Web Site Design Revealed
The Theoretical and Computational Biophysics Group reveals today - March 8, 2006 - a new design for the group's website. Featured in the design are new banners at the top of the page, new major categories and sub-categories on the main page, greater ease-of-navigation through sidebars, and other layout modifications. Current information about the group is now more readily available through announcements, workshop, seminar, and recent publications sections of the main page. The software packages developed by the group are easily found in their own category on the main page. A horizontal navigation bar just under the group's banner image on the main page also provides convenient navigation to the publications, research, software, and outreach activities of the group, as well as an overview of the group's work. It is our goal that visitors find the site both pleasing to review and simple to explore. We encourage visitors to explore the site and let us know their thoughts about the new design by writing to the Webmaster at firstname.lastname@example.org.
