Hello
I have never used the plugin gui for cluster analysis.
However, if you use the measure cluster command then the lists of frames included in each cluster are printed to stdout which you can easily cut and paste.
The output is a little tedious to read but all the info you want is there.

Subject: vmd-l: how to explore the frame number in clustering analysis by the clustering plugin

Dear all,

In the clustering analysis by the clustering plugin of VMD, the frame numbers are shown in the box at the right bottom of the clustering tool window. Do you know how to export the frame numbers for each cluster? I can only copy these number into a my notebook by a pen. It's so inconvenient and can easily miss some numbers or make mistakes. Is there a easlier way to do this work?
