Hi,
I have simulated liquid water Tip4p, at T=300K. I use 'Density profile
tool' for calculating ''Mass density'' of water. I have two problems:
2- I obtain mass density of selection 'All resname SOL' around 1amu/A^3.
How I can relate this to density of liquid water which is 1000 kg/m^3? They
are not the same.
1- Why when I choose in atome selction ''all name MW'' I get non-zero
mass density, isn't it so that MW have zero mass in Tip4p model of water?
Thanks if someone can answer,
Best regards
Best regards
