Dear Axel,

Many thanks from your response.
Before you answer me, I try to alter of VMD version from 1.8.6 to 1.9.1, but the previous version is not removed!!!
I went to /usr/local/bin and remove the vmd, but when I try to install of new version, the steps of installation are good, but when I type "./vmd", vmd_1.8.6 is opened and it doesn't work.

Please help me.
Best Regards
Sara
