Hi,

I need some suggestion in Hydrogen bond analysis using VMD.
I was trying to plot the H-bond contacts with H atom of OH/NH/CH group of a
nucleobase with the solvent.
But I don't see anything in the printed graph.
However, the same works for Oxygen atoms of the same molecule.

Is the analysis restricted to donar atoms? Or I am doing something wrong?
