Hello,
I am getting the following error when vmd starts in UBUNTU:

optimus_at_optimus:$ vmd
[: 338: i686: unexpected operator
[: 338: i686: unexpected operator

And afterwords the new ribbon/cartoon representations do not really work.
What do you think I should do?
