I should have been more specific, what precise build of VMD are
you using, e.g.:
Info) VMD for LINUX, version 1.8.7a30 (June 20, 2008)

The key thing I'm looking for (since you already said it's 1.8.6)
is whether you're running the 32-bit "LINUX", 64-bit "LINUXAMD64",
etc.
