Hi,
  To use VMD with a bleeding edge git version of VRPN would generally
require you to recompile from source, as most VRPN versions are
incompatible with each other. Do you need something specific from
VRPN 7.30 in particular, or you just got the latest git because it
was convenient? I probably have a binary build of VRPN for Windows
that matches the pre-built Windows builds of VMD if I look around a bit.
If you need VRPN 7.30 for some reason, then a source build is unavoidable
presently.
