Lubos,
  Did you set the TCLINC and TCLLIB environment variables before
building the plugins? Since your compilation failed on webpdbplugin,
which uses Tcl, I'm guessing you missed that step and as a result, the
Makefile is sending incomplete parameters to gcc, yielding the error
you're seeing. Double-check that you've correctly set TCLINC, TCLLIB,
and PLUGINDIR, and let me know if you're still having trouble.
