Hi all:
I got a problem in VMD movie maker. I am trying to gnerate a movie of my amber-8 trajectory file(a.prmtop and a.mdcrd). In "VMD movie Generator" diagonal-box, it initially shows Stage: 0 of 0, and Progress 0 of 0. and I have 8 stages in the trajectory file, after I press "Make Movie" button, it starts generate BMP files to the working directory. The problems is it can only handle stage 1-2. Hoa can I include all stages into my movie files. Many thanks
