Hi,
  We aren't involved with the "VMD Store" software, so I'm afraid
I can't give you any assistance with this problem. My advice would be
to contact the VMD Store developers and ask them to resolve the problems
that it has created for you.

If they can't or won't help you, then my advice would be to remove both
VMD Store and VMD itself, and then perform a clean reinstall of VMD,
and thereafter avoid VMD Store.
