Lubos,
The Windows version of VMD doesn't have a workable Babel plugin,
so it doesn't show up in the file type menu. If there's a particular
file format you want to read that was previously only usable via
the Babel conversion process, let us know and we'll see about getting
a plugin for it. As-written, the Babel plugin would never work well
on Windows, it is pretty Unix-centric.
