Here is the patch for the configure script. I made it on the 1.9.2 release.

Also, thanks for making such a cool piece of software. My jaw dropped when I noticed a file named CUDAMarchingCubes.cu. I did some early CFD-GPGPU work, so I appreciate the challenges.
