Hi all,
I would like to build an AMD athlon 64 bit comptible verision of VMD (not 32
bit) on a Gentoo linux 2.6 OS which was built all round with 64 bit flags.
Could any one provide me with a detailed how-to-guideline for performing this
task. Something detailed like the one on building NAMD would be nice. Also
I plan to use GCC or Intel compiler. Any help would be welcomed.
