Dear John, Thanks for your reply and interest. I did a lot of trial. I think there are some shortcomings related to the installation. Could you please share  the name of libraries which are essential and suitable for VMD 1.9.1 and your installation procedure for VMD ? I will again try to install VMD to Centos linux cluster. So your information will be very useful for me. Best regards. ________________________________ From: John Stone <johns_at_ks.uiuc.edu> To: oguz gurbulak <gurbulakoguz_at_yahoo.com> Cc: "vmd-l_at_ks.uiuc.edu" <vmd-l_at_ks.uiuc.edu> Sent: Tuesday, July 24, 2012 6:02 PM Subject: Re: vmd-l: vmd 1.9.1 Centos Hi,   There should be no special procedure for CentOS.  VMD should work fine out of the box assuming you have the normal libraries installed on your CentOS machine.  I run CentOS 6 on my laptop and VMD ran immediately with no special installation when I had first installed it.
