Hi,
  The plugins are contained in a top level directory with the VMD source
distribution. When you untarred the source package, you should have
found two directories: "plugins" and "vmd". The plugins directory contains
the plugin distribution that matches the VMD version you are trying to compile.
You can also obtain the plugin tree through CVS, but if you have the VMD
source package, you already have it. Please read the VMD compilation
