When you go into the graphics menu, choose colors and find Sn. That should work. If not check how you labeled you Sn atom in your .pbd and .psf.

Dear all,

First of all I'm new on this VMD,
i can change color of O, H, F, C etc. but i cant change color of Sn.

i would be appreciated if someone could tell me.
