hi,
I am working on a molecular system containing morethan 10000 Residues, with
morethan 30000 atoms. I am using VMD's psfgen plugin to generate .psf file
for my system.
however in the .pdb and .psf files thus generated , contains only 9999
residues , rest of the residues are totally missing

please do suggest me how to deal with system containing more than 10000 in
generating .psf file
