No, actually, I'm referring to some extensions such as Timeline, or RMSD trajectory tool. For example, in terminal,
I cd to /Users/jrui/today, load some data with mol new, then Extensions->Analysis->Timeline, do calculation,
then from Timeline's window, File-> Write Data File... The file chooser points to some directory
/Users/jrui/yesterday, instead of the current working dir /Users/jrui/today
If one forgets to change directory, file is saved to the wrong directory.

Interestingly, if I set env(VMDFILECHOOSER) FLTK, the FLTK file chooser uses the current working directory, but it
seems that neither Timeline nor RMSD traj tool use this file chooser...
