Dear all,
 I am trying to calculate heat capacity(CP) for my structure.Is there any script to do the job ?
 I tried to calculate the heat capacity  similar to the way that namd tutorial was telling to do for specific heat.I am attaching that file.Would you please see,if the way that i measured Cp is correct or not?
