Hi,
I have been having a few problems with catDCD and would like to know
if this is being developed and who might be able to send me the source
or if someone could fix some bugs
The primary problem that I am having is converting from pdb to crd
format and what is happening is that the last line that contains ten
values is never terminates with an end line, so that the last line can
be up to 19 fields ling. This might not be a problem for some
programs, however it is causing problems for me.
The secondary issue is that catDCD does not recognise its self
generated header for crd files.
Cheers,
Bryn
